Term & Conditions
The following contract will be signed between Dream Planners and the prospective client whenever they are ready to proceed with the services and booking.
The receipt of your deposit, advance payment or final payment will indicate that you have read these Terms and Conditions, and that you have accepted them. The Terms and Conditions below form the basis of the contractual relationship between Dream Planners and its clients. It is extremely important that our clients understand and accept these Terms and Conditions.
How to Book – As soon you are ready to proceed with the reservations, we shall send you our invoice for the 60% of the total wedding cost as an advance payment either by Cash,Cheque Mode and Transfer to our bank account (details will be provided upon knowing your choice to pay). Balance 40% can even be paid after done the function by you. (unless specified otherwise in certain cases) and can be made using either by Cash and Cheque mode only. Please note that some hotels need 100% payment before the wedding, therefore it is advisable to make all the payments before the wedding date unless specified by the wedding planner on partial payment.
Once you submit the advance payment we would keep you updated of arrangements.
In addition to the advance for wedding arrangements, 100% payment in advance will be required for booking of air/train tickets.

Amendment – We do not encourage changes in the confirmed arrangements. But if you do need to make amendments in the arrangements already confirmed, we will do everything possible to accommodate the changes, depending on the availability of various segments of the services booked versus the new requirements. However, the changes will be subject to certain minimum amendment / administration charges.
Cancellation – We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your wedding, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen. Cancellation must be notified in writing and will take effect the day it is received by Dream Planners. The following cancellation charges will apply:
Charges will apply: –
60 days prior to arrival – 30% of the advance deposited
Between 60 days to 30 days prior to arrival – 50% of the advance deposited
Between 30 days to 15 days prior to arrival – 70 % of the advance deposited
Between 15 days to 7 day prior to arrival – 90% of the advance deposited
7 days prior to arrival – NO REFUND
* Palace on Wheels and other Luxury Trains are non-refundable.
* Flight Tickets/train tickets – REFUND subject to terms and conditions as laid down by concerned airline/Indian Railway. A 20% service charge will be levied.
* Different hotels have different hotel policies for refund and cancellation which will be shared with you at the time of booking and therefore will be as per their terms and conditions.
* For entertainment options, for eg, celebrity or a playback singer, etc, a seperate contract is signed which will be shared with you as well.
* Bank and allied transaction charges will have to be borne by the clients for all money transfers.
General Booking Conditions
Travel Insurance: You are required to ensure that you are adequately insured for the full duration of the tour in respect of illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and curtailment. The choice of insurer is the sole discretion of the client.
Amendments to confirmed arrangements: Dream PLanners offers its clients customized wedding packages of land and / or air services using various suppliers. The cost of your travel arrangements is subject to the possibility of changes and surcharges beyond our control and may occur in connection with governmental action, currency exchange rate fluctuation and increases in suppliers’ prices. While Dream Planners will use its best endeavors to provide all wedding packages as confirmed, reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made if deemed necessary or advisable by our experienced staff and will suggest you the same before making the changes in the package.
Communications: Contact Dream Planners through email, or phone. If for any reason, you fail to receive any reply from Dream Planners regarding your wedding package status within 24 hours from the time you submitted the request for booking.

Responsibility: Dream Planners shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property in connection with climatic conditions, sea fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or Dream Planners nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes.
